A drupal website on the front end display dates, tickets and contact information. On the backend, organizes dancers and parents and acts as a bulletin board for current information.
All rehearsals, costume fittings, and special notes are sorted by roles. When creating an account, users select the roles they are involved in. Each user has a dedicated page that pulls all relevant information associated with their selected role/s, with priority information on top and the rest organized chronologically. Other users associated with the same role are listed and linked to their contact information.
There is a calendar view that is sorted by role and can be printed out. Users receive email notices when new information about their selected role/s are add or revised.
